2. Methods of Payment

3. Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Arham Tour. This confirmation acts as proof of payment and must be presented to redeem your services. Ensure all travel details provided during booking are accurate to avoid discrepancies.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation:
- Each activity or service offered by Arham Tour has specific cancellation policies. Customers must review these policies before booking.
- For combo tours, canceling one tour from the package may affect the discounted pricing. The remaining tours will be charged at their individual rates, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
- Visa fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
- Ensure that all activities listed in the combo tour are available before booking. In case of unavailability, you can only enjoy the options mentioned at the time of booking.
4.2 No-Show:
- Failing to appear for your tour will result in no refunds. This also applies to unused tickets, transfers, car rentals, or other travel services. Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed bookings.
5. Cancellation Procedures
To cancel any part of your booking, submit a cancellation request to Arham Tour in writing. Once received, we will confirm the cancellation and applicable fees via email or phone. Arham Tour is not responsible for cancellations not received or confirmed by us.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Travel itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other factors. In such cases, alternative arrangements of similar value will be offered, depending on availability. Minor amendments may be made without prior notice, and no refunds will be provided for changes caused by force majeure events like natural disasters.
7. Accommodation and Check-In/Check-Out Policy
If your preferred accommodation is unavailable, we will arrange a similar alternative within your budget and preferences. Check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel and may vary. Arham Tour is not responsible for early or late check-ins that cannot be accommodated by the hotel.
8. Travel Insurance
Arham Tour is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your trip. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover such unforeseen events.
9. Travel Documents
Guests must carry all necessary travel documents, including passports and valid ID cards. This is especially important for international travelers. Arham Tour is not responsible for refunds due to loss or lack of essential documents. Travelers should check entry and visa requirements with the relevant consulates before traveling.
